1. Service Description
cveo.tech is a cybersecurity intelligence platform for searching, viewing and monitoring CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) from the official NIST NVD database.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or using cveo.tech, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Account Creation
- You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- One account per person is allowed.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Plans & Billing
- Free Plan: limited to 10 searches per day, no commitment.
- Pro Plan: unlimited access, asset management. Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
- Enterprise Plan: all Pro features + automatic alerts. Monthly billing.
Payments are processed by Stripe. No payment information is stored on our servers.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use cveo.tech to:
- Conduct illegal or malicious activities
- Attempt to overload or compromise the service infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute data without authorisation
- Circumvent rate limits or security mechanisms
6. CVE Data
CVE data comes from the NIST NVD database, an official public source. cveo.tech does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this data and recommends cross-referencing with other sources for any critical security decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
cveo.tech is a decision-support tool. The publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use or non-use of the information provided. The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of continuous availability.
8. Intellectual Property
The code, design and editorial content of cveo.tech are the property of the publisher. CVE data is public and sourced from NIST. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. The publisher reserves the right to suspend an account in case of violation of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
