Summary
generated automatically from NVD dataBrocade Fabric OS has an authorization bypass (CWE-306, missing authentication for a critical function) in its Management Server, affecting versions before 10.0.1. A compromised switch in the fabric can send crafted inband Fibre Channel vendor-unique CT (Common Transport) management requests that skip administrative authentication. This lets an unauthorized peer switch reset administrative passwords, reboot the target device, and trigger firmware downloads. The flaw is rated CRITICAL with a CVSS v3.1 score of 9.8.
