Summary

generated automatically from NVD data

CVE-2025-68686 is an information exposure flaw (CWE-200) in Fortinet FortiOS, affecting 7.6.0 through 7.6.1, 7.4.0 through 7.4.6, and all versions of 7.2, 7.0 and 6.4. A remote unauthenticated attacker could use crafted HTTP requests to bypass the patch built for the symbolic link persistency mechanism seen in some post-exploit cases, though the attacker must already have compromised the product at filesystem level through another vulnerability.
